Belemina Tubodieari Obunge, JP, is a globally certified Protocol & Etiquette Consultant, leadership strategist, and transformational educator whose influence cuts across diplomacy, governance, youth development, and institutional leadership. As the Founder and CEO of Elites Protocol & Etiquette School, he has established a world-class platform that equips both young people and professionals with excellence-driven training in etiquette, emotional intelligence, intercultural competence, executive presence, and global protocol

He holds prestigious international certifications from renowned institutions such as the European School of Protocol and the British School of Etiquette, positioning him as one of the leading protocol experts in Africa. His refined approach blends Western professionalism with African values, giving him a distinctive voice in executive etiquette and leadership development.

Obunge’s leadership experience spans over 30 years, including founding Emarid College, a multi-campus educational institution known for academic distinction and moral discipline. He also leads the Belem Legacy Foundation, a youth empowerment initiative that has trained and mentored over 11,000 young people in employability skills, entrepreneurship, leadership, and value reorientation.

In the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), he serves as a Continental Overseer, supervising 14 Northern Nigerian states and eight West & Central African countries. He is a Member of the RCCG Governing Council and the Special Assistant to the General Overseer on Special Duties/Protocol, handling diplomacy, strategic coordination, and high-level protocol engagements. He previously served as the Intercontinental Youth Pastor of the RCCG, giving leadership direction to youths in more than 180 nations.

A Justice of the Peace (JP) in Rivers State, Obunge is deeply respected for his integrity, cultural intelligence, and passion for human development.
